Zeko Epoxy Flooring Cement Modifier is an acrylic based polymer formulated for use as a prime coat and as part B of concrete resurfacing system.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Primer Coat
a) For very smooth (steel trowelled) surfaces mix 1 part Modifier with 3 parts potable water in a clean 20 Lt pail and stir well using a drill with mixing paddle.
b) Semi-smooth and textured (broom or coved) surfaces require 1 part Modifier to 2 parts water. Apply to dry concrete using fine broom, roller or hopper gun. Allow primer to dry thoroughly before applying base coat. Avoid any ‘pooling’ of primer.
2. Base and Top Coats
Slowly add 1*20 Kg bag of Zeko Epoxy & Flooring (Part A) into a pail containing a measured 5 litres of 50/50 potable water and Zeko Epoxy & Flooring Modifier solution whilst mixing with an approved metal paddle-type stirrer. If Colour Dispersion used, shake container vigorously, and add to mix. Stir Mixture well for 2-3 minutes.
PRECAUTIONS
Replace lid after each use.
Keep Modifier and part A bags cool for extended pot life of mix.
Adding extra 1:1 water/Modifier mix will result in a thinner consistency mix.
Do not use more than 6 litres of 1:1 water/Modifier per 20kg mix.
